----------------------------------------

[~smiklosovic]Hi, I saw that the first version that occurs the bug is 3.4 but
after I try to prepare the PR on cassandra-3.4 , I found that may if we fix the
bug on trunk at the next c* release version is ok ? For the test for this
patch can not be created for some of the test tool like ToolRunner is introduce
at 4.x ? So if we can just fix this bug for trunk ?
Besides I have a new question here: for the example :
1.CREATE TABLE table (id text PRIMARY KEY, birth_year int)
2.CREATE INDEX on table (birth_year)
3.INSERT INTO table (id, birth_year) VALUES ('Tom', 42)
4.INSERT INTO table (id, birth_year) VALUES ('Paul', 24)
5.INSERT INTO table (id, birth_year) VALUES ('Bob', 42)

now IF I doing : SELECT id FROM table WHERE birth_year = 42
which result is right ?
(a) "Tom", "Bob"
(b) "Bob", "Tom"

We know that the clustering key for index table is consist of data table's
partition key + data table's clustering key + data cell .
