[~smiklosovic] testRestartWithUUIDDisabled started failing consistently after
this commit. It also exists in the last CircleCI run linked here.
I honestly don't know the connection but it is clear it fails after this patch.
I just opened a ticket CASSANDRA-17975 and assigned it to you. Thanks for
looking into that :)
