The following are missing IF EXISTS / NOT EXISTS syntax for completions:
* createUserType/dropRoleStatement
* createRoleStatement/dropRoleStatement
In addition:
* Capture has a misplaced parenthesis
* Paging should use <wholenumber> instead of a custom RegEx
