CI looks incredibly green. There is only [an unrelated failure on utests for
4.0|https://app.circleci.com/pipelines/github/adelapena/cassandra/2433/workflows/91796376-4e52-4ba9-9676-fbe4c0a8083d/jobs/23991]
that [was already reported on
Butler|https://butler.cassandra.apache.org/#/ci/upstream/workflow/Cassandra-4.1/failure/org.apache.cassandra.utils.binlog/BinLogTest/testTruncationReleasesLogSpace].
I think we are ready to commit.
