I am working now on similar fix for 4.0+ and also noticed I have to add also
cqlshlib for jdk8/11
[~adelapena] link for the new tests that were missing, rebased on top on
CASSANDRA-17950 is in my previous comment. I will be working in parallel on
cqlshlib in a separate commit.
We can split the work into phases and separate commits
