At the page Cassandra
[Operating|https://cassandra.apache.org/doc/latest/cassandra/operating/index.html],
the link to Snitches on the left menu-pane is broken for at least latest and
4.0 versions. As [~brandonwilliams] pointed out, the page which should be
linked still exists at
[https://cassandra.apache.org/doc/latest/cassandra/architecture/snitch.html].
