If it will be applicable only to trunk (which I suspect it is), yes, please,
4.x :-)
Other than that posting here a few questions we discussed earlier for
completeness:
- currently SpotBugs provides JDK8 support, JDK11 is experimental and going to
newer releases is missing...yet. Not sure when/whether they plan to change that
but it is a thing considering we aim to get rid of JDK8.
- As it was requested on the mailing list, we need to double-check with legal
the license
- So as you explained we will be raising only the high priority issues. I think
the list should be probably raised to the ML on the same thread for visibility
so no one complains when they got blocked on something later. The full list is
400 items, I am not sure which of them are high priority
