Test and Documentation Plan:
We should manually test the {{generate.sh}} script for all the flags
(-f/-p/-a/-e/-i).
Maybe we should run the two FREE/PAID config files on CircleCI, although one
can see that they are identical to the current LOWRES/MIDRES.
