I dunno, is 1.0.4 an actual release that is just missing from the official
mirrors, or was the cheeseshop upload a trunk build where the version had been
updated in advance of a 1.0.4 release?
If what's on the cheeseshop is release-worthy, then it might not matter; Maybe
we just need a matching 1.0.4 pushed to www.a.o
The current status seems wrong though since our ASF overlords mean for www.a.o
to be the canonical source for Apache releases and there is a different
(presumably older) version there.
