Yeah, we don't create bug tickets for these, as it's considered
test-infrastructure failures. Which we are working on separately
(CASSANDRA-18137).
The Build Lead confluence page needs to be updated to better highlight to look
for and ignore these `{{Timeout occurred. Please note the time in the report
does not reflect the time until the timeout.}}` failures.
