    Description: 
Add some options for nodetool tablehistograms to filter the output 
of System tables and data tables.
As we know if we nodetool tablehistograms all tables will be output ,but system 
table 's number are too much.
Add options to filter only output data tables or system tables, together with 
the already exist ks.tb lists, the output options are just fine.

It seems that tablestats got the -i option that can ignore keyspace, just add 
this first, and then to see wether this can meet our needs
