This might happen when the underlying "file lister" lists the files to be
deleted and as it goes one by one and deletes each, that file is not there
anymore. In the context of CommitLog, maybe it removes the commit log file but
the removal logic races again.
Any way I look at this it seems like we should be sure that we indeed closed /
finished what CommitLog subsystem is doing and then we approach the removal of
any files.
