Since 4.1.0, cqlsh fails on COPY commands with standard output as target.
Steps to reproduce:
{noformat}
$> docker run -d --name cassandra --rm cassandra:4.1.1
$> docker exec cassandra cqlsh -e 'COPY system.local(cluster_name) TO STDOUT'
<stdin>:1:'NoneType' object is not callable
{noformat}
Possibly a regression introduced by this commit
