Similar to https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CASSANDRA-17740,
{{BulkLoader}} initializes the schema/system keyspace, which caused the issue
in bulk loader tool. See more details in CASSANDRA-17740. Please help fix the
issue in 4.0 branch as well. Thanks.
