[~e.dimitrova] I am not sure the relationship to CASSANDRA-17199. Your message
shows that we failed to create DD and that we get a log saying we are out of
disk space... The patch you linked (CASSANDRA-17199) adds logs to streaming to
know why a sub-stream failed; not sure the relationship to this work?
