Here are the latest CI runs:
* trunk, no failures

* 4.1, one failure (fixed in next run)

I had to bounce the ip (previous got ASF denylisted). all history to previous
CI runs is there (same jenkins install, just ec2 instance rebooted). The
denylist was from ccm git cloning gitbox.a.o , we should in a separate ticket
change ccm to clone from github instead.
The last commit 9c71991d7c on cassandra-dtest was to fix the last remaining
failure on 4.1, success can be seen here:
