[~mck] closing this sounds reasonable as V5 certainly has shipped. As for the
remaining subtickets, the only one I know anything about is 13048. It still
seems like it could be a valid thing to do, but clearly there's no urgent need
for it (no activity for years) so I'd be fine with closing it, maybe worth
checking with [~benbromhead] who was working on it.
