Summary: jvm dtest logs should indicate specific test case name

Currently jvm dtest logs do not indicate which specific test case is being run.
I believe two things should be added:
* the test logs (<main>/system.log) should indicate test cases
* cluster logs should indicate test cases (e.g. test case name should be
included in cluster id)
