BlockPackedWriter uses a block size of 128 bytes and MonotonicBlockPackedWriter
uses a block size of 16384.
There is no documentation about the reasons for choosing these particular sizes.
We should add a micro benchmark to test these classes with different block
sizes to show impact of changing them on read and write performance.
