The file was merged. Supposedly there are instructions here:
[https://s.apache.org/asfyaml] but I am not a PMC or committer and can't see
that page (I assume that's why anyway, I opened an INFRA ticket asking and they
pointed me to that link).
I see zookeeper specifically calls out commits@ in their file.
