The {{withCipherSuites}} option of {{BulkLoader}} is being ignored. It seems
that since CASSANDRA-16362 the {{BulkLoader.buildSSLOptions}} method no longer
applies the cipher suite options provided by {{clientEncryptionOptions}}.
