I have tested it on a VM in Azure, this is what it resolves to:

"zone" is just an integer in Azure so I prepend "zone" in front of it. I am not
the edge if it should be "rack" instead of "zone" but I am trying to follow
the Azure terminology here.
When version of API to fetch metadata from is not specified, it will
dynamically resolve the latest API version by calling the version endpoint and
that version is used for fetching the metadata.
