Total Partitions is just the Counts all summed togethor as shown below:
Total Partitions: 24306
Size (bytes) | Count (%) Histogram
35 (35 B) | 1 ( 0)
42 (42 B) | 98 ( 0)
50 (50 B) | 24207 ( 99) OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
