I added a test
[here|https://github.com/driftx/cassandra-dtest/tree/CASSANDRA-18657] that
attempts to use the per-peer JMX streaming attribute to assert that streaming
occurred from the correct host. The only problem is this passes with
CASSANDRA-16718 applied for a reason I haven't figured out yet; there's a small
amount streamed from the broadcast_address correctly, and the listen_address
metric doesn't exist, which I would also expect. I'll have to dig in more.
