java11 's ut and dt have both got some error, ut seems are [CASSANDRA-16677
title|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CASSANDRA-16677], besides the CI
name for this pr should change to j11 and j17 with j8 is dropped and the the
real link address given above is also for java11 and java17.
