In CASSANDRA-18618, checks like rat and checkstyle were moved to a separate ant
task - "check".
We need to update our How to commit page that on branches Cassandra-5.0 + we
need to run now ant realclean && ant jar build-test check pre-commit. While on
that, we already have the cassandra-5.0 branch, so that we can add that too.
