I have one improvement to suggest, we should use java-11-headless and
java-17-headless, java-1.8.0-headless exists too.
The difference between headless and "no-headless" is, obviously, the amount of
dependencies installed with it. There is stuff for Xorg etc ... This is going
to be installed on servers (mostly) and full Java is not needed. Headless is
completely fine.
The difference is like this:
full:
Install 157 Packages
Total download size: 102 M
Installed size: 371 M
headless:
Install 16 Packages
Total download size: 43 M
Installed size: 186 M
