bq. The only option I have is to "Rerun with SSH", but that failed with a
timeout last time so I'm not convinced it'll actually succeed. Are the other
Rerun options not available for free tier?
I don't know, if I rerun I do the whole thing (so it resets to waiting for
approval like before) and then just manually run the one I want. But, in this
case, it looks environmental and unrelated so we can ignore it.
Everything LGTM, I will commit later today.
