In CASSANDRA-18815, a [previously suppressed
exception|https://github.com/apache/cassandra/blob/trunk/src/java/org/apache/cassandra/streaming/StreamSession.java#L700]
began to surface, requiring the tests to ignore it. However, the exception
does not appear on the 4.1 branch even though it looks like it should. We
should investigate and solve this.
