Test and Documentation Plan: build packages
Status: Patch Available (was: Open)
Finding information on using quilt _actually in your packaging_ is difficult,
and I can't figure out what changed and broke us here, but I think we should go
ahead and commit this to revive jenkins.
To be clear, at least one reason we don't need 'unpatch' is that we're using
docker and don't care what state we leave our disposable environment in.
