The dockerfiles under .build/docker are now and are deployed by file md5sum.
(There is no "latest").
in-tree scripts will have to build these images on-the-fly if they are not
available to pull from dockerhub.
Automatically building and pushing them to dockerhub whenever they change will
save a lot of resources and time in tests/CI.
