It seems that the patch contained the doc for vector search (CEP-30), which
hasn't been merged yet.
I think some of the adoc documents are unreachable from the doc structure, like
[{{partials/sai/create-vector-index.adoc}}|https://github.com/apache/cassandra/blob/trunk/doc/modules/cassandra/partials/sai/create-vector-index.adoc],
[{{partials/sai/create-vector-keyspace.adoc}}|https://github.com/apache/cassandra/blob/trunk/doc/modules/cassandra/partials/sai/create-vector-keyspace.adoc],
or the ones in
[{{partials/vector-search}}|https://github.com/apache/cassandra/tree/trunk/doc/modules/cassandra/partials/vector-search].
At least, I don't see other documents linking them.
