bq. This would break the official Cassandra docker image that is built on top
of JRE.
A warning would not "break" it. It would inform users of the docker image of
known limitations. This buys us time to then deal with the issue properly as
we wish. (And the docker image maintainers may notice and change to JDK
anyway…)
