{{HintsUpgradeTest.test30}} also fails consistently for me when locally running
it both in the current 5.0 and in [its introduction commit for
5.0|https://github.com/apache/cassandra/commit/5b3c36b28a37558c83ffde75de793a57a40384b2].
We have seen it consistently failing on CircleCI for an apparently trivially
modified PR:
