Hi Zbyszek, the error message is correct. Repair (and streaming in general) are
not supported when multiple major versions are running in the cluster. This is
inclusive of paxos repair.
Disabling full repair, preview repair, incremental repair, and paxos repair for
the duration of the upgrade should allow you to complete the upgrade without
issue.
