Now that Harry is in-tree, it was [pretty 
easy|https://github.com/apache/cassandra/pull/3044] to port [~ifesdjeen]'s 
prototype, and I've been able to run it successfully. Next...actually reviewing 
it and figuring out exactly how far we want to go in this Jira vs. 
CASSANDRA-18667.
