I have a branch for 5.0
[here|https://github.com/driftx/cassandra/tree/CASSANDRA-19283-5.0] that
updates the redhat script and updates the offsets in the debian patch so it
applies without fuzz. I manually tested upgrading to this package and it seems
fine but I will push it through CI when that is back up.
