great question [~jlewandowski] , I was so deep in the implementation that I
actually have not realized for who and under what circumstances this would be
actually used. If something is "nice to have and easy to do" that is still not
a justification to include it. What are your usecases? Let's work from that
point, shall we?

Basically fetching this from cloud and not dealing with cassandra.yaml manually
