We try to set the [log cli
level|https://github.com/apache/cassandra/blob/trunk/.circleci/config_template.yml#L3538]
so that dtest logging is captured to stdout, but we don't do it
[everywhere|https://github.com/apache/cassandra/blob/trunk/.circleci/config_template.yml#L3063]
so we miss some logs.
