Ok we had a Slack conversation to clear some questions I had. The files are
slightly different but that is dictated by the packaging itself. I have checked
in blame everything that has been added has been there for 10+ years, except
the j17 bit. Testing locally is great but it seems that jenkins is just back
hence I fired a devbranch run here:
