I have never understood the logic behind this versioning, why not 6.2.1 ? Is
minor in CQLSH version related to minor in Cassandra version? If so, how did we
end up with CQLSH version 6? Based on what do we bump the major version in
CQLSH? cc [~brandon.williams]
