Description: (was: It's best practice to let the driver & server auto
negotiate the TLS version, which should usually be TLS 1.3.
Based on clientstats, it looks like the driver is forcing the protocol to the
older TLS 1.2. Would suggest removing any TLS versions from the code and just
letting it auto-negotiate TLS.
