Looking at the docs for nodetool rebuild:

I noticed the title:
{noformat}
<title>Untitled | Apache Cassandra Documentation</title>
{noformat}
I think for all the nodetool commands, this should be {{{}nodetool COMMAND{}}},
for example:
{noformat}
<title>nodetool rebuild | Apache Cassandra Documentation</title>
{noformat}
This is also the case for the Operating page:
[https://cassandra.apache.org/doc/stable/cassandra/operating/index.html]
As well as nodetool overview:
[https://cassandra.apache.org/doc/stable/cassandra/tools/nodetool/nodetool.html]
There might be others, I'll update this issue if I find more.
