Nothing seems suspicious. CMSPlacementAfterMoveTest is CASSANDRA-19881 and
bootstrap_test.TestBootstrap CASSANDRA-19882 otherwise all passes locally.
coordinatorIsBehindTest is CASSANDRA-19343 but that one seems to be resolved
huh. Anyway ... not related.
Going to ship this.
