Add {{nodetool}} support in Apache Cassandra to dynamically get and set
{{authorizer}} and {{authenticator}} configurations. Currently, changes require
updating the config file and restarting Cassandra. The new commands will allow
administrators to make updates on-the-fly without a server restart, improving
flexibility.
