The non-large dtest-upgrade* test targets in `.build/run-python-dtests.sh` were
not specifying `--skip-resource-intensive-tests`.
This was resulting in those test targets including the intensive tests and
running for longer than the one hour timeout (per split) in ci-cassandra.a.o ,
which results in builds aborting…
dtest-large-latest is also missing as an option, and in the pipeline.
