Description:
This proposal is part of an effort to introduce bespoke Sidecar APIs to support
key operational functionality currently managed through nodetool commands. The
APIs for some of the commands can trigger long-running tasks on Cassandra. This
framework will allow us to build APIs to manage this state in Sidecar and
coordinate downstream with Cassandra.
Scope:
* Job Management framework
* Related APIs to expose job status and running jobs.
