There's an issue during the stopping of the Sidecar process, where the futures
do not complete within the 1 minute limit that we have. I encountered this
issue when trying to run Sidecar, when I already had a Sidecar process. The
logs would show BindAddressException because of the port conflict. The shutdown
in these cases should be instant, but there's an issue with the futures that is
preventing the correct shutdown.
