After discussing with [~blerer] and [~smiklosovic], for different keyspace
scenarios, if the target keyspace does not have the required UDT (either none
or udt does not match), then we do not support create table like action at this
time.
will support latter and open a new ticket(not under cep-43) to create needed
udt automatically.
