David Capwell updated CASSANDRA-20155:
--------------------------------------
    Description: The AST package was created for pure random fuzz testing and
has not had the ability to interact with a model to validate the results, which
means that there are sharp edge cases when trying to interact with a model.
This ticket is to cleanup these edge cases, improve human error messages, and
pave the way for harry model testing. (was: Interop touches every read/write
path and as such the testing demand needs to cover the full domain as well with
proper validation. We need to extend harry’s model logic to handle more
possible states such as: by token, and filtering/index (native to the model);
the larger CQL domain is planned and expected to be follow up work in their own
JIRAs.)

> Refactor the ast package to enable harry model based testing
